Returns and Refunds for Spare Parts and Accessories
Please note this is for the return of spare parts and accessories, not for appliances.
Please follow the below steps if you need to return a spare part or accessory you have purchased directly from us. If your order is within 60 days of arriving you can return it, by completing the following steps.
You have 60 days to return an item if you are unhappy with it or if it doesn’t fit your appliance. The 60-day period starts from the time the item is delivered. If the product is outside of these 60 days, please contact us first to discuss your options. Please return the item in its original packaging.
To identify the product as your order, please enclose inside the returned package a copy of the invoice or delivery notice we will have included with your item.
Refunds will be completed within 10 - 15 working days of us receiving your returned part, however we can’t guarantee a time window when the refund will be back in your account as this depends on your bank provider.
No refunds will be made if:
- The accessory or spare part is damaged
- The accessory or spare part is not returned in its original packaging
- There is no invoice or delivery notice attached to the return
*Please note you will have to cover the shipping costs of the return in case you changed your mind. For returns of incorrect advised parts through Electrolux, please call 1300 666 019 or send an email to trade.spareparts@electrolux.com to discuss returning options.
